The Kaushal Sambal program is at the heart of M3M Foundation’s mission to empower women and youth as economic stakeholders, not just recipients of aid. The program integrates skill-building with dignity, income, and long-term transformation.
A standout example of the program’s success is Lala Ji Ki Rasoi, a decentralised network of community kitchens, operated and owned by women trained under Kaushal Sambal. The pilot kitchen in Bajghera, Haryana, is the first of 100 such units M3M Foundation plans to establish across north India by 2028.
These kitchens serve not just affordable meals, but also a powerful idea: women as income-earners and decision-makers in their communities.
On 27th May 2026, M3M Foundation organized a grand Convocation Ceremony at the iMpower Academy for Skills in Samalkha, Panipat. The ceremony witnessed the presence of Sh. Mahipal Dhandha Ji, Hon’ble Education Minister, Haryana, along with over 1,000 individuals including employers, industry representatives, and community leaders.
Key Highlights of the Convocation:
In 2025, the Foundation received honours at the ET Now Champions of CSR Awards, the Times of India Film Awards (TOIFA), and the Asian Brand & Leadership Conclave 2025, reinforcing the credibility and consistency of its work across social sectors.
